Promotion Overview
This Promotion is conducted by Residential Connections Pty Ltd ACN 612 925 434 trading as compare & connect and Beny Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Instructions on how to participate and claim a reward form part of these Terms and Conditions. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

‍Promotional Period (time in Melbourne, VIC)
‍Start: 12:00AM, Monday, 9^th February 2026
‍End: 11:59PM, Saturday, 28^th February 2026

‍Eligibility Criteria
Participants must be Australian residents aged 18 or over with a valid Australian residential address. Participants must hold an active Beny Membership at the time of claiming the reward. Only one electricity, one gas, and one internet connection per residential address will be eligible for a Beny Grocery Card reward within a 12-month period. The 12-month period begins from the month in which the first eligible service switch is successfully completed, not from the start of the calendar year.   Example: If you successfully switch electricity providers in Feb 2026, your address is not eligible for another electricity-related reward until after Feb 2027.

‍Beny Grocery Card Rewards
Rewards are issued as digital Beny Grocery Cards:  
- $50 for electricity  
- $50 for gas  
- $50 for home internet  

Claim Requirements
‍To receive a reward: You must visit beny.compareandconnect.com.au, complete and submit the form during the Promotional Period. You must agree to and complete a switch to a new provider (electricity, gas, broadband), and allow compare & connect to manage the transfer. The switch must be confirmed by the new retailer, and you must receive at     least one bill for the new service. Early cancellations before a bill is issued are not eligible. Your Beny Membership must be active at the time the Grocery Card is issued.

‍Reward Distribution
Grocery Cards will be issued electronically to the email address linked to your Beny Membership. Rewards are distributed on the last day of the month, two months after the connection is confirmed. Example: If the connection is confirmed in February 2026, the card will be issued by 30^th April 2026

‍Additional Terms
A maximum of six (6) Grocery Cards can be claimed per Eligible Claimant. The Beny Grocery Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

‍Fraud Prevention and Verification
The Promoter reserves the rights to verify any claim, including verifying identity, address, and membership status.
Eligible Claimants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact number, email address, and address details are provided, and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should an Eligible Claimant fail to receive their Beny Grocery Card because of a failure to provide correct details or to notify of a change to those details. Failure  to respond to a request for further information within 14 days may void the claim. Misuse or manipulation of the promotion (including fake accounts or addresses) will result in disqualification.

‍Subject to applicable law, the Promoter disclaims any liability for loss, damage or injury related to this promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA") or any other legislation which may not be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. If the CCA or any other legislation implies a condition, warranty or term into the Terms and Conditions or provides statutory guarantees in connection with these Terms and Conditions, in respect of goods and services supplied (if any), the     Promoter's liability for breach of such a condition, warranty, other term or guarantee is limited to (at the Promoter's election), to the extent itis able to do so: (a) in the case of supply of goods, the Promoter doing any one or more of the following: (i) replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods; (ii) repairing the goods; (iii) paying the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and/or (iv) paying the cost of having the goods repaired; or (b) in the case of supply of services, the Promoter doing either or both of the following: (i) supplying the services again; and/or (ii) paying the cost of having the services supplied again. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Privacy
By participating, you consent to the Promoter collecting and sharing your name, and phone number with Beny for the purpose of your reward. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Beny’s Privacy Policy.
